Liberty Hill Bakery is a licensed and insured home bakery business for direct sales (custom orders). The Woods Baking Company LLC DBA Liberty Hill Bakery is fully licensed and insured for food production in Williamson County, and Maiah rents out a licensed/insured/inspected commercial kitchen in Liberty Hill for wholesale production to supply to several local coffee shops, and this location is inspected by the Texas Department of Health Services. Please note that the commercial kitchen is not fully-gluten-free or vegan; gluten-free items and ingredients are stored separately and surfaces and equipment are sanitized before use but please be aware if you have severe allergies.

Owner Maiah Miller lives in Liberty Hill with her veteran husband, twin daughters and baby boy and recently started Liberty Hill Bakery to share her passion for healthy and allergen-friendly recipes with her community. When she was diagnosed with allergies to gluten, dairy and soy, she began creating allergen-free recipes to be able to still enjoy the treats she loves. She grew up eating healthy and has always used as minimal sweeteners and as natural sweeteners as possible: she believes even desserts should leave you feeling good and energized, without a sugar crash.
She believes the better the ingredient, the better the taste, which is why she focuses on using as many organic and local ingredients as possible. Each item is made with love and care from her home kitchen for custom orders or at a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen for wholesale orders available at two local coffeeshops. Currently there is no storefront open to the public. Each item has been perfected to avoid common allergens, and Maiah has even won numerous baking awards, from her triple ginger cookies to a fluffy snickerdoodle cake. Her recipes have been featured in several publications and on several websites including Food & Health, Taste of Home, Laird Superfoods, Edible Monterey Bay, LoveGrown, Barre3, Eugene Marathon and many more!
